LONDON – Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, are expecting a child this spring. The royal couple announced that if they were to have a boy, they will name him Muhammad.
“We recognize that the future of England is Islamic. We want to be proactive in that regard. We embrace our inevitable future,” Prince Harry told the BBC.
In recent years, Muhammad (to include it’s spelling variations) has become one of the most popular baby names in England, even surpassing William.
