Jordan Peterson to purchase Toronto Red Lobster franchise

TORONTO – Jordan Peterson, Canadian clinical psychologist and a professor of psychology at the University of Toronto, is to purchase a Red Lobster franchise in Toronto later this year.

“He absolutely loves seafood, especially Lobster.  He has always talked about opening a seafood restaurant but never had the opportunity.  Now he has more options.  He’s really excited about it.  You could say he’s ‘happy as a clam’,” said one of his close friends to Mendaco Press.

Since late 2016, Peterson has been on a strict diet consisting only of meat and some vegetables, to control severe depression and an auto-immune disorder, including psoriasis and uveitis. He stopped eating any vegetables in mid-2018.

In January 2018, Penguin Random House published Peterson’s second book, 12 Rules for Life: An Antidote to Chaos.  The book topped bestselling lists in Canada, US and the United Kingdom.
